We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

4. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:
- Secure HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- Secure sign-in through Google or a one-time email link
- Payment information processed by PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe)
- Regular security assessments and updates
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in to your account
- Remember your preferences
- Understand how you use our services
- Analyze site traffic and performance
- Measure how our ads perform
To find and fix problems, we record how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and page changes) and may replay those sessions. Everything you type into a form is masked in these recordings, as are email addresses and phone numbers shown on screen, and we use them only to improve GradingPrep.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.
6. Third-party services
Our services integrate with third-party providers who have their own privacy policies:
- Stripe: For payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
- Google: For authentication (Google Privacy Policy)
- Supabase: For authentication services (Supabase Privacy Policy)
- Google Analytics: For website analytics, including age range, gender and interest reports that Google provides in aggregate for visitors signed in to a Google account who allow it (Google signals). You can turn this off in your Google ad settings or with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on (Google Privacy Policy)
- PostHog: For product analytics, session recordings and error reports (PostHog Privacy Policy)
- Meta (Facebook): To measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. The Meta pixel tells Meta when someone views a page, creates an account, or places an order (with the order's estimated total). You can limit how Meta uses this in your Facebook ad settings (Meta Privacy Policy)
